Name: Hoodwink
Primary Breed:
 Terrier Mix
Gender:
 Male
Entry Date:
 04/09/19
Birth Date:
 *2014
Adoption Fee:
 $150.00

Full Description: Hoodwink was actually found wandering up and down the road in front of the shelter, and staff brought him in because we were scared he would be hit by a car. Unfortunately no one came forward to reclaim him. Although he came in very scared, he is learning to trust with all the love he gets from the staff. Hoodwink really enjoys having his head scratched and once he is comfortable with you, he can be quite bossy asking for it! He does great on a leash and enjoys walking with his nose to the ground. He is a lower-energy, medium sized dog that would do great in a quiet home. Please call the Mason City Stray Animal Shelter at 641-424-3617 for more information.

Name: Roo
Primary Breed:
  Domestic Short Hair
Gender:
  Male
Entry Date:
  02/11/19
Birth Date:
  09/19/18
Declawed:
  No
Adoption Fee:
  $115.00

Full Description:  Roo was taken in during the polar vortex by a family that was worried about him being outside in the miserable cold. Unfortunately they were not allowed to have pets in their home, so he came to the shelter. He is very thankful he is not out in the cold anymore, and loves to be held and cuddled. He does great with children. Roo does not like the other cats here in the shelter, but this gorgeous gray tabby would be a great addition to a kitty-less home! Please call the Mason City Stray Animal Shelter at 641-424-3617 for more information.
