HOURS:
Beginning Monday, September 28, the clinic will resume normal business hours:
10:00 AM- 4:00 PM. The clinic is closed from Noon -12:30 PM for lunch.
Extended Hours: 1st Monday of each month 10:00 AM- Noon and 12:30- 6:30 PM
 

Vaccine Price and Options:                   Same Price as Last Year!

  • Flu Shot (ages 6 months and older):            $22                
  • FluMist nasal spray (ages 2-49):                  $25
  • Thimerosal-Free Shot (ages 3 and older):   $25

Public Health will bill Medicare for you as long as you bring your Medicare card to your appointment.

Sew-per Bowl Party
 

The Quilted Forest will be holding a Sew-per Bowl Party on Sunday, February 7th. The cost is $20 which includes a t-shirt and a pillowcase kit and five pillowcase patterns. The pillowcases made will be donated to residents at Krysilis and Good Samaritan.

Bring your sewing machine and put your pillowcase together in the store or you can purchase a kit and bring the pillowcase to The Quilted Forest Monday through Saturday during store hours throughout the month of February.
